Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 90% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 0 to 30 days of arrival are non- refundable.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full stay will be charged.

 

Amendments/Changes

More than 30 days before arrival - 15% retention charge.

15-30 days before arrival -  40% retention charge.

Less than 15 days before arrival - 100% retention charge.
